About these terms
These terms apply to your use of this website. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the website.
They cover the website only. They don't cover any design, development or other work we carry out for you, which is dealt with in a separate agreement (see project work below).
Who we are
This website is run by Web Design Newport, 88 Stafford Rd, Wallington SM6 9AY, United Kingdom. You can reach us by email at hello@telsamedia.com or by phone on +44 20 8686 4577.
Using this website
You're welcome to browse the site, read and share its pages and get in touch with us through it. When you do, please don't:
- use the site in any way that breaks the law or is fraudulent
- try to gain unauthorised access to the site, the server it runs on or any connected system
- introduce viruses or other harmful code, or attack the site in any way, including by flooding it with requests
- send spam, automated messages or misleading information through our enquiry form
- copy large parts of the site, or scrape it with automated tools, without our permission
We work to keep the site available and secure, but we can't promise it will always be available or free from errors or interruptions. We may change, suspend or remove any part of it without notice.
Information on this website
The content on this website is general information about our services. It isn't tailored advice for your business, and you shouldn't rely on it as such. If you'd like advice about your own website, please get in touch and we'll talk it through properly.
We try to keep everything accurate and up to date, but we can't guarantee that every detail is complete or current at all times. Any quote or proposal we send you will set out exactly what's included for your project, and that takes priority over anything general on the website.
Intellectual property
The design, text, graphics, logo and code of this website belong to us or to the people who have licensed them to us. Photographs are licensed stock images and remain the property of their creators.
You may view the site, print or download pages for your own reference, and share links to it. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or sell any part of it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
The projects shown in our portfolio are websites we have designed and built for clients. The names, logos, content and images of those businesses belong to them and are shown only to illustrate our work. Some website mockups elsewhere on this site are studio concepts for fictional businesses. These are labelled as concepts, and any resemblance to a real business with the same or a similar name is unintended.
Project work
Nothing on this website is an offer to provide services on particular terms. If you ask us to work on a project for you, we'll send a written proposal setting out the scope, cost and timings. The work is then covered by that proposal and a separate written agreement between us, not by these website terms.
Links to other websites
Some pages link to other websites, such as Google Maps or the Information Commissioner's Office. We include them because we think they're useful, but we don't control those websites and aren't responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. A link doesn't mean we endorse the site or the organisation behind it.
Our liability
We provide this website free of charge and as it is. To the extent the law allows:
- we don't give any promises or guarantees about the website or its content beyond those set out in these terms
- we aren't responsible for any loss or damage that comes from using the website or relying on its content
- we aren't responsible for any loss of profit, sales, business, revenue, data or opportunity, or for business interruption
- we aren't responsible for damage to your device or data caused by viruses or other harmful material, although we take care to keep the site secure
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that the law doesn't allow us to limit or exclude. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your legal rights.
Privacy and cookies
Our privacy policy explains how we handle the information you send us, and our cookie policy explains why this website doesn't use cookies.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes to the website or the law. The date at the top of the page shows when they were last changed. Please check back now and then, because the version in place when you use the site is the one that applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
